These Terms of Service govern your use of Restaged ("Service"), operated by Testmaxx LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Use of Service
Restaged provides AI-powered virtual staging for real estate photography. You upload a room photo, receive a staged version, and may purchase a watermark-free download for USD $5.00 per image.
User Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process your image for staging purposes. Uploaded images and generated results are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
Generated Content
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the staged image for personal and commercial real estate marketing purposes. AI-generated results may vary.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to process images you do not own or have rights to, generate misleading property representations, or for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Testmaxx LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
